REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy 

All donations made through this platform are voluntary contributions to Digital Equity's digital literacy programs for children and youth in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. 

Recurring Donations 

By setting up a recurring donation, you authorise Digital Equity to charge your chosen payment method on a regular basis. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already processed. 

Nature of Donations 

Donations to Digital Equity are irrevocable gifts made to a registered nonprofit. Once accepted, contributions are held in public trust and directed toward program delivery. 

Refunds for Errors 

Digital Equity recognises that technical or clerical errors can occur. Refund requests will be considered in cases such as duplicate payment processing or an incorrect amount being entered. To request a refund: 

● Submit your request within 30 days of the transaction date. 

● Send a written request to info@digitalequity.in including the transaction date, amount, and payment method used. 

Refund decisions are made at Digital Equity's discretion and will be communicated within 7 working days of receiving a valid request. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
